Cultivate: Growth Marketing (“Cultivate”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we may collect when you interact with Cultivate, including through the Cultivate Realtor Messaging Blueprint, how we use that information, and the choices you have regarding your information.

 

Information We Collect

When you use the Cultivate Realtor Messaging Blueprint, you may choose to provide information including:

• Your name and email address

• Information about your real estate business, clients, services, experience, communication style, marketing preferences, and professional point of view

• Your completed Realtor Messaging Blueprint

• Your choices about whether Cultivate may save your information and Blueprint

The Blueprint may be completed without allowing Cultivate to save your contact information or Blueprint. If you decline permission at the beginning of the Blueprint process, Cultivate does not create a client record from that Blueprint session.

We may also collect information you provide directly to Cultivate through our website, email, forms, consultations, or other business interactions.

 

How We Use Your Information

When you authorize Cultivate to save your information, we may use it to:

• Create and deliver your Realtor Messaging Blueprint

• Associate your Blueprint with your Cultivate client or prospective-client record

• Follow up if you begin but do not complete your Blueprint, when you have given permission for that follow-up

• Use your completed Blueprint to improve the strategy, consistency, and accuracy of marketing Cultivate creates for you

• Communicate with you about Cultivate services or work you have requested

• Maintain business and client records

Cultivate does not sell your personal information.

Realtor Messaging Blueprint and ChatGPT

The Cultivate Realtor Messaging Blueprint operates within ChatGPT and uses technology provided by OpenAI.

Information you enter into ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's applicable privacy practices and terms. Cultivate does not control how OpenAI processes information within its services.

When the Blueprint asks for permission to save information with Cultivate, only information you authorize Cultivate to save is transmitted to Cultivate's connected business systems.

 

If you decline permission to save your information at the beginning of the Blueprint process, the Blueprint can still be completed within ChatGPT without creating a Cultivate record from that session.

 

If you initially authorize Cultivate to create a record but later decline permission to save your completed Blueprint, Cultivate may retain the contact information and session status you previously authorized, but the completed Blueprint will not be transmitted to or stored in your Cultivate record.

 

How We Store Information

Cultivate uses third-party business systems to operate its services and maintain client records. Information authorized for storage through the Realtor Messaging Blueprint is currently stored using Airtable.

Cultivate takes reasonable measures to protect the information in its care and limits its use to legitimate business purposes.

No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

 

Sharing of Information

Cultivate may use service providers that support our business operations, such as technology, email, website, data storage, and marketing platforms. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Cultivate.

 

Cultivate does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

 

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or business.

 

Data Retention and Your Choices

Cultivate retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business records, or as required by law.

You may contact Cultivate to ask what personal information we maintain about you, request a correction, or request deletion of information maintained by Cultivate, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements.

Please note that deleting information maintained by Cultivate does not necessarily delete information contained in your ChatGPT account or conversation history. Those are controlled separately through OpenAI and your ChatGPT account.

 

Changes to This Policy

Cultivate may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technology, or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was last updated.
